Description of the bug
when I use no_intervals = true the only jobs that run are
NFCORE_SAREKPREPARE_INTERVALSTABIX_BGZIPTABIX_INTERVAL_COMBINED_no_intervals
NFCORE_SAREKSAREKFASTQC_AFQ32-lane_1
NFCORE_SAREKSAREKMULTIQC_sarek
which means no FQ2BAM and no useful result.
when I use no_intervals = false it seems all is working well
