Feature: Option to output ready TSE -object

Hey!

I believe it would be a great addition to have the option to output a ready TSE -object (TreeSummarizedExperiment) to easy transition into downstream analysis.

A similar pipeline for amplicon data nf-core/ampliseq has this option implemented.

@Midnighter mentioned that it should already be possible to easily make such an object from the biom output of taxpasta.

I'm not familiar with the TSE object so I don't know if there are ready made modules for this to just 'slot in' to the pipeline currently, thereofre it will require a bit of researhc.
