no test_full profile fails the download CI

Description of the bug

This is the command that is run:

nextflow inspect -format json -profile singularity,test,test_full pipeline/main.nf

but no test_full profile are available on that particular pipeline.

any way we could configure the nextflow inspect command to make it more modular on the actual profiles to check?

test_full is also required for aws testing and comes by default with an nf-core pipeline, so I don't think this is a bug.
You could just change the github action yml, no? Or just use the default test_full.
