This project focuses on the pipeline nf-core/lsmquant for light-sheet microscopy image processing and analysis.



## Open tasks
- Adding a module that creates a table with x, y, z and channel information for every input image from metadata.
- Adding a new segmentation Module
- Improving MultiQC output of the Pipeline
- First release
- Improving documentation


### Where
Online and in-person at the local Hub Tuebingen Germany.
