This should also be changed to update to 1.11.1 (like the DCAT-AP+ PR) instead of 1.11.0 (which was a partially broken release).
switched to linkml 1.11.1 instead of 1.11.0

implemented the same fix as in #nfdi-de/dcat-ap-plus/pull/94
fixed typos in SubstanceSampleCharacterizationDataset-001.yaml
