I am quite puzzled why the doi badge does not get render correctly if i look at the readme in a fork, but is rendered correctly in the main repo. Also the code on nfdi-de:main diverse from the base code for the doi badge which zenodo provides.

I also observed that DOI pages are sometimes not rendered correctly. Currently the one in this repo shows up for me. Maybe the server is just overloaded.
I used exactly the markdown that Zenodo provides.

Yes, please revert. I think it was fine as it was and if it displays correctly or not depends on the external server only.

Is a version required? If the cff should be for all versions we may drop it. The doi ending in 369 is for all versions. Hmm, there is also the date-released below...
I am kind of undecided what is best,
- general and approximate which needs no updates or
- specific and precise which needs continuous updates

I thought Hendrik would revert the change in README.md |
Plus i also fixed the Doi badge, which for some reason had thewrong link to the SVG it requires.
