Rebrand project from CatCore to CoreMeta4Cat: update configuration, documentation, schema package names, and links. Adjusted LINKML config (schema name, description, source dir, and doc generator args), expanded About page and acknowledgements, and updated CONTRIBUTING to point to the nfdi4cat/CoreMeta4Cat repository. Converted CURIE prefixes and schema references in docs (many catcore: -> coremeta4cat:), changed schema element paths (slots/classes), and updated .gitignore to ignore nested docs/elements markdown. Moved/renamed source packages and schema files under src/coremeta4cat (including added datamodel/coremeta4cat files and pydantic variants), updated related scripts, and refreshed a test data file.
Update pyproject.toml to reflect the package rename: project name changed from "catcore" to "coremeta4cat". Bump mkdocs-mermaid2-plugin minimum version to 1.2.3 and update skip/extend-exclude entries to point at the new src/coremeta4cat datamodel files (replacing src/catcore paths). These changes align metadata and tooling with the renamed package.
