Normalize image and asset paths across documentation and the schema docs generator. Updated image src references in docs (design-patterns.md, getting-started.md, how-to-extend.md) to /images/CoreMeta4Cat_Picture.png; adjusted the vocabulary workbook link in getting-started.md to a relative ../assets path; and changed iframe src paths in reaction.md and scripts/generate_schema_docs.py to /assets/... to ensure consistent asset resolution when the site is served.
Update iframe source path in generate_schema_docs.py
Convert absolute asset/image links to relative paths across documentation and the docs generator so images and iframes load correctly (docs/*.md, scripts/generate_schema_docs.py). Update mkdocs.yml logo path, site_url and repo_url and enable use_directory_urls. Also update schema metadata timestamps in docs/schema/coremeta4cat.yaml.
