README.mdto direct contributors to the new "How to contribute?" guide instead of including a lengthy, duplicate description.docs/docs_usage/how-to-contribute.mdto point to the new guidelines location and improve clarity in instructions for syncing forks, uploading files, and creating pull requests. This is a follow-up of Add separate & improved how-to-contribute page #210..github/copilot-instructions.mdto be more precise and make PR reviews less noisy.
