Baixei a tabela disponível em https://www.nfe.fazenda.gov.br/portal/listaConteudo.aspx?tipoConteudo=/NJarYc9nus= e exportei em UTF-8 CSV e adaptei o sistema para ler ela.
No json que estava no repositório haviam prefixos inválidos como o 606 que por acaso havia num cliente meu e acabou passando na validação aqui da biblioteca mas foi recusado pelo SAFAZ com erro
