Adding certs
Successfully added certs in the location and updated the manifest file. (Contains both referenced/unreferenced files)

Deleting certs
Restarted the agent and performed deletion
Successfully deleted the files from the location
and sucessfully updated the manifest file.
Rollback action
Successfully Rollback
