This allows me to automatically run the test suite without having to worry about tests that are not expected to pass. Also disable ASAN leak detection.
Now that 101 Switching Protocols without an Upgrade header results in 502 Bad Gateway, the test needs to be ugprade accordingly.

Skip tests that are broken (even on master) on my machine. Update for nginx/nginx#1437.
