NiceHash Miner v1.7.4.0

This is a minor bug-fix release and minor feature updates.

Updates:

• new eqm v1.0.4c miner. Up to 1-2% speedup depending on cards. Gives best performance when running with two threads per GPU (NiceHash Miner does this by default if you want to change this setting check out the -ct flag wiki)
• new NVIDIA CryptoNight miner
• AMD Claymore's ZCash AMD GPU Miner v11.1
• AMD Claymore's CryptoNight GPU Miner v9.7
• AMD OptiminerZ/Zcash v1.4.0 - to enable this miner set "AMD_Equihash_3rdParty": 1 in configs\General.json file

To update from previous versions just copy the configs directory to NiceHashMiner_v1.7.4.0 folder.

If the automatic initialization fails on your machine you can download bin.zip and extract to NiceHashMiner_v1.7.4.0 folder manually. If you are using 3rd party miners you can download bin_3rdparty.zip and extract to NiceHashMiner_v1.7.4.0 folder manually.

IMPORTANT:
If using NiceHash Miner with AMD RXxxx (AMD Polaris) GPUs (RX480, RX470, etc..) make sure to disable NeoScrypt if it is avaliable
