Jenkins API Command Line Interface

A command line utility for interacting with the Jenkins API. Offers a simple interace to a limit number of operations.

Getting Started

To use this utility you must have a default configuration set. Copy the jenapiclirc file to $HOME/.config/jenapiclirc and update the file to include the correct details for the jenkins instance.

Usage

• jenapicli latest Returns the build number for the most recently completed job.
• jenapicli detail $BUILD_NUMBER Returns the details for each stage executed in the pipeline in the given build number.
• jenapicli console $BUILD_NUMBER Returns the console text for the given build number.
