Genfilters v1

This initial implementation is simply a fork of rclone (v1.66.0-beta.7579.743ea6ac2) with genfilters added as an extra command. See README at: https://github.com/nielash/rclone-genfilters

What's Changed

• default to current directory instead of rclone cache dir if -o is not specified
• add support for loading an --input-file on startup
• fix case-insensitive sorting
• include example command in output
• make columns responsive to terminal width
• add support for copying the current path to clipboard
