This release contains metric calculation for the Data Quality Assessment (DQA) framework, available in both R in Python. Metrics include:
- proportion of certificates with only one cause of death
- proportion of certificates not certified within required period
- proportion of certificates with an unsuitable underlying cause of death
- proportion of certificates with at least one funeral director field incomplete
- proportion of certificates with at least one medical certifier field incomplete
- proportion of certificates with incomplete demographic fields
To use metrics, users edit R or Python scripts according to their specifications, with guidance as shown in the README.
