Added the ability to add a custom sort order for methods/classes. This concept was taken from docstrap. All you have to do is add a "sort" key into your config files "templates" property. It can either be a boolean, or a string dictating which fields determine the order.
May be small side effects, but this is an option and does not affect the rest of the code base.
