This is dependant on nine-entertainment/snappass#37 however it will require additional changes as the registry will need to change from dockerhub to ghcr. |

Update `snappass` to the latest tag release which brings in all the upstream changes into our fork.

Our fork is now using ghcr instead of dockerhub, and this PR has been updated to reflect that. |
