Makes nh aware of
NH_OS_FLAKE,NH_HOME_FLAKE, andNH_DARWIN_FLAKEvariables to overrideNH_FLAKEvariable per-command, and includes some typo fixes within the code.Tested for
osandhomesubcommands, but I don't have a Darwin machine to test with. Override works as intended.Supersedes #235
