Introducing New Computer Setup Autofill!

Now for most new computer setup cases you just have to enter the username, phone number, os type, and os version before saving the ticket. All other fields will be filled out for you. Just click on the extension icon, select New Computer Setup and give it a try.

All Features

  • Adds a popup when clicking on the extension icon so you can select what kind of case you are making
  • New Computer Setup case support - is everyone ready for arrival?
  • extension icon is now only active when on a Salesforce page
