mise activateは対話シェル(.zshrc)でしか効かないため、 エディタやスクリプトなど非対話シェルからはmise管理のツールが 見えなかった。.zshenvでshimsをPATHに載せて解決する。

Summary
mise activateは.zprofileで行っているため、ログインシェルでしか効かず、エディタやCIスクリプトなど非ログイン・非対話シェルからは
mise管理のツール（node, python, go など）が見えなかった。
.zshenvは全zsh起動で読まれるため、ここでshimsをPATHに載せて解決する。Changes
.zshenvにexport PATH="$HOME/.local/share/mise/shims:$PATH"を追加Notes
env -i HOME=... zsh -c）の非対話zshでshimsがPATHに入ることを確認済み
.zprofileのmise activateがshimsより優先され、両者は併存する
