Added: XSendFileDisableLastModified On/Off (default Off)
Added: XSendfileNotRemoveContentEncoding On/Off (default Off)
100% Backwardcompatible for existings .htaccess/vhost configurations.
Would be great to add those 2 new xsendfile directives.
