Investment energy planning model with technology vintages

• This model is built using TulipaEnergyModel.jl framework (v0.18.2)
• You may need to run the following command in terminal First!

cd path/to/VintageDemo
julia ./jl_env_setup.jl

to ensure

1. Active working directory under the project folder VintageDemo
2. julia gets loaded in the system (version: lts v1.10.10)
3. IJulia.jl package is correctly built for notebook cell running
4. Tulipa packages are installed
