This PR introduces key management functionality. The implementation follows Cosmos SDK's keyring patterns.
The following commands have been added:
CreateDeleteShowImportExportRecoverThe Bech32 prefix for the generated keys will be "jester".
To simplify, only one key can be loaded at a time. The user must delete the key before adding a new one.
Support for other key types can be added in follow up PR's as needed.
Appstate initialization should be cleaned up. I wanted to keep this PR focused so this will happen in a follow up PR.
