chore: bump hyperlane module to allow native synthetic tokens

This PR bumps the Hyperlane module to allow the authority to create synthetic tokens with native denoms.
(Think anoble instead of hyperlane/...)

This was implemented in bcp-innovations/hyperlane-cosmos#135, and is planned to be included in the next release!
