feat: add Glow template

Template

• App: Glow
• Template id (directory): glow
• New template
• Update to an existing template

What it themes

Renders the active Noctalia palette to $XDG_CONFIG_HOME/glow/noctalia.json. Users point GLOW_STYLE at that file to theme Glow's Markdown rendering.

Testing

• App version tested: Glow 3.0.0
• Applied a dark theme and confirmed the app picked it up
• Applied a light theme and confirmed the app picked it up
• Re-applied twice and the app config is still correct (hooks are idempotent)

The Noctalia v5 renderer successfully rendered and parsed both dark and light variants with no unresolved template expressions. Light-mode app appearance still needs manual confirmation. This template has no hooks.
