fix: fixing dependencies for plume, bumping noir version

Some dependencies were hardcoded (in a hurry to merge this back). This fixes it by applying the latest zk-kit which in turn applies pinned bigcurve and bignum versions.

Released plume-sig under my own npm org while the PR for the official repo is still pending.

Works with noir v1.0.0-beta.3
