Update workspace folder handling

Ausführung-01:

• Proposal to address Replace Dynamic Workspace Folder Injection with other method #24
• Introduced a new WorkflowTreeProvider that lists workflows and allows opening them directly from a tree view
• Registered the tree provider in the extension so workflows appear in the Activity Bar’s “Workflow Manager” view
• Updated package.json to contribute an Activity Bar container and view for the new workflow tree
