Temperature that is based on game-time.

How It Works

This is one of many kinds of temperature variables.

Depending on the time of day the variable will increase or decrease.

The range in which it decreases is controlled by the increment variable.

An increment value of 0.5 has a total range of 24 in temperature.

Normally values will be half the temperature in positive and half in negative. eg (-12.0 to 12.0).

The exact time the Temperature starts to change is at 3 AM (21000 game-time) and 3 PM (9000 game-time).

Time Values

Shift

The shift value can shift the temperature to a positive value

• Shifting a value between -12 and 12 positive 12 in temperature will make the temperature between 0 and 24.

Increment

This value control the range of the temperature.

• A value of 0.5 with a shift of 0 then it will be between -12 and 12.
• A value of 0.25 with a shift of 0 then it will be between -6 and 6.
• A value of 0.5 with a shift of -12 then it will be between -24 and 0
