With modules, this is now considered bad form.
This gives us a strong ordering, and clear dependencies, which is needed in other test runners.
Karma is deprecated, so switch to something that is still maintained.
It's even more in the way now with the new test runner, so let's silence it in the tests that log things.
The default timeout is an absurd two minutes. Let's try to be more responsive.
