After cryptography changes, the TF-M configuration no longer supported pre-validation of full modem FOTA. This commit updates the SDK manifest to support pre-validation with minimal TF-M profile, and optimizes TF-M memory usage. Signed-off-by: Syver Haraldsen <syver.haraldsen@nordicsemi.no>
