Summary
All this time PSA in Matter was disabled due to lack of PSA support in Wi-Fi, now Wi-Fi supports PSA for personal security modes (WPA2/WPA3), so, enable PSA by default. Matter doesn't use Enterprise security, so, extra checks are not needed.
Testing
Only build tests, no infra to test the samples.
