Changes allow using ocrypto SW cryptography functions directly, without a need of using whole Oberon PSA Crypto layered driver system. Instead, direct use of nrf_oberon (nrfxlib_crypto) is possible, allowing to reduce binary size.
Initial use is for mcuboot on Ultralight, where nvm storage is limited and mcuboot binary has to be as small as possible.
Currently only functions needed for that purpose were enabled (ecdsa_p256 and sha256).
