Add a new parameter, `warnings_filter_builders`, that allows to only apply the filtering mechanism to certain builders. This can be useful if certain warnings only show up in a particular builder, like our custom `inventory` one. Signed-off-by: Gerard Marull-Paretas <[email protected]>
