Reviewed Event Manager proxy sample and test

This should be rather added directly in the upstream sample and nrf54lm20a should be removed from here as it is now present upstream.

It's really hard for us to enable samples on new targets in upstream Zephyr.
Either Benjamin Cabe or Anas are blocking our PRs.
