Release v1.1

Fundamental differences from the existing Action version with the same name:

• The structure of the main file has been redesigned
• Improved code in terms of performance
• Added additional input arguments for more control over the expected result
• Results are now always returned as a JSON object (either an issue object or an array of such objects)
