SciML is a superset of DifferentialEquations.jl, which also includes utilities for other scientific computing tasks like linear and nonlinear solves, integration and physics-informed ML. JuMP is a leading modeling language and interface for mathematical optimization, with support for lots of different solvers and problem types |

Basically these are the two leading ecosystems for scientific computing in Julia, which is itself one of the top scientific computing languages. That is why I think they deserve inclusion |
