- Creates a new `assets` directory to store project assets. - Adds a professional, hexagonal SVG logo that represents the "Defensive Perimeter / Offensive Interior" concept. - Updates the `README.md` to display the new logo at the top of the file. - Adds a `.tool-versions` file to ensure a consistent development environment.
