Converting earthaccess granules to STAC items

This draft PR comes from the earthaccess hackday at AGU. Our goal is to make earthaccess search interoperable with the existing ecosystem of STAC tools by allowing users to convert earthaccess.DataGranule objects to pystac.Item objects.
