Will wait for @roman-khimov decision, I'm not sure we need to include this script to NeoGo. Originally I asked for the branch (not for the PR) to check the validity of the comparison script. |

To implement #4087, first need to make sure that values of consumed GAS are consistent for each transaction. This script can also be useful in other similar cases.
