-E flag forces a full rebuild without cache
Inverts the field semantics: the column now stores whether AI summary is enabled (True) rather than disabled (True). Default remains disabled.
Remplace / par / dans les modèles, formulaires, templates, tests et migration. Améliore pour respecter le même pattern que (fallback sur le config si aucun groupe). Simplifie en supprimant le paramètre devenu inutile. Fusionne les deux migrations précédentes (group_table et disable_ai_summary) en une seule. Corrige les fixtures et qui yielaient au lieu de leur propre objet.
