Import four upstream nix related modules so that
nix.channel.*,nix.nixPath,nix.registry,nix.buildMachines,nix.distributedBuilds, andnixpkgs.flake.*can be configured via system-manager.We also add the
nixpackage toenvironment.systemPackageswhennix.enable = trueso thatnix-channel,nix-env, etc. areon the system PATH.
