Deleted various GoMock-generated mock files for did_x509, pem, and x509_cert. This cleanup involves removing unnecessary mock implementations, potentially reducing the repository size and improving maintainability.
Refactor `BuildCertChain` to `BuildSelfSignedCertChain` and clean up key usage code. Implement additional tests for certificate chain and error scenarios. Add regex parsing utility for UZI numbers and integrate it with existing functions.
Combined certificate chain initialization into a concise slice literal. Removed unused mock structures in ca_certs tests. Enhanced error messages for failError function and added additional failure checks. Updated identifier representation in ura_issuer_test.go for consistency.
