This PR updates the SonarCloud configuration to stop ignoring issues reported in GitHub Actions workflow files, allowing Sonar to analyze .github/workflows/** YAML content like the rest of the repository sources.
Changes:
- Removed the Sonar
sonar.issue.ignore.multicriteriaconfiguration that suppressed all issues under.github/workflows/**.
