PR #1165 added the
excluded_search_path_prefixessetting to enable filtering out search paths. The driver for this was poor performance when running under WSL.Whilst this option is in the docs, there are a number of issues citing perf issues on WSL so this adds a note to the main readme to call out the relevance of this option for WSL users.
