As the hugging face is becoming a more and more popular repo for hosting, sharing and deploying open source models, it would be a great choice to integrate the hugging face pipeline into the holohub as an application. Once it's done, users can utilize a bunch of different kind of models inside the holohub workflow following this example. So in this PR, I'd like to add this application with the VISTA3D hugging face pipeline as an example to illustrate how to do this.
