What does this PR do?

The robot rocked after spawning, due to setting initial pose as setpoint.
With this feature, you have robot's articualtion created in initial position.
It adjust prefab to use o3de/o3de#19594.

How was this PR tested?

  • test on dev build.
  • test of changes cherry-picked to 2505.

Please note, that o3de is already in stabilization phase and o3de-extas is not. If we merge this PR it now, this part will be available in 2605, but not in the engine.
