The server's public IP address changed, causing connection failures. This commit updates the hardcoded IP address in `config.json` and `import_pos_menu.py` to the new server IP. It also adds the missing `requests` library to `requirements.txt`.

The Odoo server became inaccessible because its public IP address changed after a restart. This change updates all hardcoded IP addresses in the configuration files (
config.json,import_pos_menu.py) to the new, correct IP (35.185.167.23).Additionally, this change fixes a missing dependency by adding
