This change centralizes the configuration for both SSH and Odoo connections into a single config.json file. This improves security by removing the need for hardcoded credentials and makes the scripts easier to use.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 6715355625589725150 started by @o970106-dev

This commit refactors the configuration for the project's scripts to use a centralized `config.json` file.

The `config.json` now contains separate "ssh" and "odoo" sections, providing a clear and organized structure for connection parameters.

The following scripts have been updated to use this new configuration:
- `manage_server.py`: Now reads SSH connection details from the "ssh" section.
- `import_pos_menu.py`: Now reads Odoo connection details from the "odoo" section, while still allowing for command-line overrides.

The `README.md` has been updated to reflect these changes, with clear instructions on how to set up and use the new configuration file.

This change improves security by removing hardcoded credentials from the scripts and documentation, and it enhances usability by providing a single place to manage all connection settings.
