The most important and perhaps questionable changes are:

• a minimal file with axiom injections that seem like obvious oversights in upstream ontologies (currently only a single axiom) - this needs to be reviewed
• a file with role chains that are generally wrong, but useful for inference. The role chains are removed again at release time so they wont bleed into the wild - this needs to be reviewed, again
